EUA atacam usina nuclear do Irã em construção e Teerã pede que ONU condene ação
EUA concluem nona noite consecutiva de ataques contra o Irã
O Irã pediu à agência nuclear da ONU que condene os ataques dos EUA que, segundo o país, tiveram como alvo a usina nuclear de Darkhovin, em construção no sudoeste do país.
"O Irã espera que o Conselho de Governadores da AIEA (Agência Internacional de Energia Atômica) e o Diretor-Geral da AIEA, que ocasionalmente fazem declarações políticas sobre a questão nuclear iraniana, declarem claramente sua posição sobre o assunto, condenando o crime dos EUA", disse o porta-voz do Ministério das Relações Exteriores do Irã, Esmaeil Baghaei, em uma coletiva de imprensa em Teerã nesta segunda-feira (20).
Além da instalação, os ataques dos EUA também atingiram vários locais na cidade portuária de Bushehr, no sul do Irã, onde fica a única usina nuclear civil do país, informou a mídia estatal iraniana Irna.

Em comunicado divulgado na noite deste domingo (19), o Comando Central dos EUA (Centcom), responsável pelas ofensivas no Oriente Médio, informou ter concluído a nona noite consecutiva de ataques contra o Irã.

Segundo os militares americanos, os alvos incluíram centros de comando, sistemas de defesa aérea, locais de lançamento de mísseis e drones e redes de comunicação, e a operação teve como objetivo reduzir a capacidade iraniana de atacar embarcações comerciais que transitam pelo Estreito de Ormuz.
O porta-voz do chanceler iraniano também afirmou nesta segunda que Teerã não permitirá que Ormuz seja usado por seus inimigos para ameaçar a segurança do país:
"Não podemos permitir que esta hidrovia seja usada indevidamente novamente para ameaçar a segurança e os interesses nacionais do Irã", disse Baghaei, acrescentando que o país está "determinado a tomar as medidas necessárias" para salvaguardar sua soberania.
Os bombardeios contra a infraestrutura nuclear iraniana ocorrem após o anúncio da morte de três militares dos EUA: dois em uma base militar na Jordânia e um no norte do Iraque, durante a detonação controlada de uma munição não detonada.
O presidente norte-americano, Donald Trump, lamentou as mortes, em entrevista e afirmou: "Muito triste. Odiamos ver isso acontecer. É em serviço ao nosso país".
No sábado (18), o líder supremo do Irã, aiatolá Mojtaba Khamenei, fez um apelo à unidade nacional diante do retorno das agressões mútuas entre Washington e Teerã.

I’m 51 and in my sandwich era, meaning I’ve got teenage and elderly loved ones on my mind – a situation that generally calls for early nights. But when you’re responsibilities-maxxing, sometimes you need the opposite. A blowout. A huge, transcendent, resetting release. A rave.
I don’t know what took me so long to get around to it. Misplaced parental guilt? Internalised ageism? Exhaustion? It’s not as though I didn’t know other gen-Xers who have been regularly getting blissfully – ceremonially, even – lost in house, techno or drum’n’bass, and they’re not alone. A 2025 study by the University of Leeds went viral: “Women aged 40-65 are turning to raves for real mental health,” said one of many Instagram posts and press headlines. “Why many women over 40 still go to raves,” read another. But surely the question should be: why the hell wouldn’t they?
